Key Responsibilities
* Generating new business via cold calling, referrals, and researching companies.
* Attend client appointments as scheduled through telesales activities and generating their own leads
* Building rapport with key decision makers.
* Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
* Attending site surveys to measure site needs based analysis; preparing and delivering quotations.
* Actively pursue agreed aims by cross selling the full range of MAR Services in co-operation with the operations team.

* Minimum of five years sales experience preferably within the Cleaning and Security Industry.
* Proven track record in high value new business sales.

Contract Cleaning Manager
Salary: £ 25,000 Per Annum
Hours Per Week: 40 Hours on a flexible rota - September start
The Cleaning Manager will take responsibility for aspects of contract performance across the site with a level of flexibility in terms of hours of attendance.

· Management of all on-site labour
