We are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, covering key markets in London and the South East, who will work on their own initiative to develop new business clients and achieve set sales targets.   This is seen as a vital role to our business and the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven sales track record within the Cleaning/Security industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Generating new business via cold calling, referrals, and researching companies.
* Attend client appointments as scheduled through telesales activities and generating their own leads
* Building rapport with key decision makers.
* Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
* Attending site surveys to measure site needs based analysis; preparing and delivering quotations.

Contract Cleaning Manager

Salary: £ 25,000 Per Annum
Hours Per Week: 40 Hours on a flexible rota - September start

Red Support Services are looking for an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager for a vibrant and busy shopping centre in Edmonton, London.

The Cleaning Manager will take responsibility for aspects of contract performance across the site with a level of flexibility in terms of hours of attendance.

The broad responsibilities of the role are to achieve the following:
