Nationwide buys new headquarters

Nationwide Window Cleaning, the UK's largest window, gutter and high level cleaning business, has bought its own three storey, 800sq.m new office block at Colton Mill Office Park, Leeds. Based only 20 miles from its home for the last three years, the new site doubles its previous floor space and provides a range of additional facilities and anticipated growth requirements for the next 10 years.

The building has been finished to a very high specification with glass partitioned offices to provide a mixture of open plan and cellular accommodation, meeting rooms and rest areas.

"The office purchase gives the business a firm financial base," says Nationwide director Eugene Boyle. "Our staff love the new working environment. The quality of finish makes this one of the best workplaces in the area for our 39 head office staff, plus visiting regional personnel and clients. We have excellent training facilities and plenty of large glass areas for trainees to practice on.

There are good amenities on site for staff and visitors - a supermarket, restaurants, a medical centre, a creche and a hotel. It's a fabulous package and we are delighted to have bought it."
