TVH acquires assets of Danish DanTruck ApS

TVH Group has acquired the assets of the Danish lift truck manufacturer DanTruck ApS.

TVH supplies spare parts for scrubbers and sweepers manufactured by the likes of Tennant, Hako, Nilfisk, PowerBoss, Dulevo, Karcher, RCM, Comac, American Lincoln, Alto and Minuteman, to name but a few, as well as a full range of hydraulic equipment to customers in 172 countries, 

TVH will become the exclusive distributor of parts for DanTruck and Heden lift trucks as of 21st March 2016.

DanTruck ApS originated in 2000 as a result of the fusion of the Danish competitors DanTruck and Heden. These two companies were established at the beginning of the 1960s. DanTruck ApS specialises in the development of compact, modern and environmentally-friendly lift trucks and is active throughout Europe. In total, the company produces close to 10,000 lift trucks and the parts range comprises approximately 18,000 items.

As a result of the acquisition, which also includes the supplier and customer portfolio, TVH will stock and sell the original DanTruck and Heden parts exclusively. To guarantee a smooth transfer, the parts consultant of DanTruck ApS will assist TVH.

"This acquisition allows for a further expansion of our existing range of lift truck parts," explains Kristof Bolle, director of sales, industrial equipment parts & accessories. "Furthermore, it will boost the one-stop shop-experience for our customers."
