Brightwell Dispensers: exciting new launches

2016 celebrates the release of new product ranges including the Quantura range of dishwash dosing systems, a new drain dosing system and the recently launched EcoMulti chemical dilution system. The company has chosen ISSA/ Interclean Amsterdam to preview the new ranges which will be on display at stand 01.239.

Brightwell Dispensers' Quantura dishwash dosing range is a leap forward in compact technology. Contemporary, innovative, high-tech designs meet the demands of today's commercial dishwashing environment.

The competitively priced range provides precise and consistent dosing solutions for a wide variety of commercial dishwasher applications including single-tank, tunnel, conveyor and glass dishwashers. It includes a two pump peristaltic dosing system for dosing dishwash detergent and rinse aid into a wide variety of commercial dishwashers.

This system also provides the option to incorporate a third, purpose-made, peristaltic pump for dosing sanitiser. An optional solenoid valve is also available to support the use of powder bowls.

But that's not all! The Quantura range also includes a cost-effective single dishwash dosing pump for dosing one dishwash chemical into glass or under-the-counter dishwashers.

When it comes to drain dosing, Brightwell Dispensers' new durable and reliable drain dosing system is commonly used for drain and grease trap maintenance. The dosing system can also be used for water treatment applications and any other purposes that require the delivery of a single product at timed intervals.

The space-saving, modern system is designed to offer quick installation and intuitive set-up with a multi-lingual, LCD display interface. Available as mains operated or battery operated dispenser, it is controlled by a real-time clock with up to 20 programmable events per day that can occur any day of the week.

Building on the success of the popular Eco range of chemical dilution systems, Brightwell Dispensers' has expanded the portfolio to include EcoMulti. EcoMulti is a chemical dilution system offering a cost-effective way of diluting up to five chemicals from one dispenser.

EcoMulti features a compact and standard model. The compact model comes as a four and five chemical dispenser, available with BrightGap and AirGap backflow preventers. The standard model includes an EN1717 DB backflow preventer and is available as a four chemical dispenser with BrightGap backflow preventers.

Recognising that consistent and precise dilution is a customers' top priority, EcoMulti has been designed using Brightwell Dispensers' patented dilution pin technology. The revolutionary wheel design eliminates the need for cumbersome metering tips which can be easily mislaid and enables installers to select up to 13 independent dilution ratios per chemical. The system also comes with an extensive range of multi-lingual, colour-coded chemical pictograms for correct chemical selection and ease of use.

Also on display will be Brightwell Dispensers' iconic Modular and Mercury soap dispenser range, as well as Brightwell Dispensers' Eco range of proportioners and the renowned BrightLogic Laundry range.
