Karcher: already cleaning up in Amsterdam!
At this year's ISSA/Interclean trade fair in Amsterdam, on a trade stand the size of 9 tennis courts, Karcher will be presenting two Innovation Award Finalists alongside 125 other innovative machines and services. In advance of the show, the team from Karcher Netherlands have been helping prepare the city for the influx of some 29,000 pairs of feet. You can see how here: https://youtu.be/
Among the high-performance cleaning technologies on its 770-square-metre stand will be the BRC 40/22 C carpet cleaner, which features a brush head that rotates through 200°, making the machine exceptionally manoeuvrable. This eliminates the need to clean in parallel lanes, thereby achieving a time saving of up to 30%. The BRC 40/22 C is one of Karcher's twin nominations for the Innovation Award.
Also among the award finalists is Karcher Connected Cleaning, a concept for networked cleaning. In future, digital products and services will increasingly interact, laying the foundation for optimisation and efficiency enhancements in commercial cleaning contractors' daily routines. In a first step the Karcher Fleet management program and the Karcher Manage software for tracking manual cleaning are being brought together on a single platform to optimise facility management services.
