The focus of Kitchen Force is on contamination prevention through efficient, effective cleaning and HACCP cleaning environment colour coding, combined with task icon images, to ensure clear, on-pack communication for multi lingual cleaning teams.

End users and distributors are provided with induction training, dilution charts and technical information. Premiere's cleaning regime maintenance advice ensures food hygiene compliance and sanitation delivery, while new Premiere dosing systems offers sustainable cost effective delivery.

Kitchen Force RTU surface sanitiser [Modified EN 14476] with one minute contact time in order to comply with EN 1276, is effective against a wide range of bacteria, moulds including: Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Ps. Aeruginosa), Escherichia coli (E. coli), Staphylococcusaureus (Staph aureus) including MRSA strain, Enterococcus hirae (Ent. Hirae), Clostridium Difficile (C. difficile) when assessed to BS EN 13704. It is also suitable for the control of Human Influenza A Virus [H1N1] associated with Swine Flu.
