Fire damages Green Machines factory in Falkirk, Scotland

* Green-machines.jpgDuring the night of 17th July there was a fire in the Green Machines factory in Falkirk, Scotland. The fire brigade had everything under control quickly and therefore, blessedly, there were no injuries and there has just been some damage at the assembly building.

"The assembly building took the most damage and this has been temporarily relocated," reports Malcolm Docherty, director of operations of Green Machines International.

"Although there will be some delays to delivery of machines, Green Machines once again started to service the market from Wednesday 20th July. Aftermarket customers may experience some delay as well but the Green Machines team will notify if this should be the case.

"We apologise for any inconvenience and are working hard to get our normal service up and running as soon as possible. We appreciate the patience and support of our clients, so if there are any questions or concerns we ask our clients to get in touch with us."

The authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire.
