Regent Samsic's JPC wins Chiswick Park cleaning contract for third term

* JRegent-seismic.jpgRegent Samsic's premium London brand JPC has resecured its £1.3 million contract to clean the city's prestigious Chiswick Park commercial development.

The incumbent cleaning provider since 2006, JPC starts a new contract this November for a further three-year period after a successful retender to site management company, Enjoy-Work.

Says Enjoy-Work operations manager, Adrian Walker: "Following a fair tender process, we felt that JPC is the right partner to continue to work with. There was some excellent content in its presentation and we look forward to working closely the company in the future."

Chiswick Park comprises award-winning accommodation arranged as a necklace of 12 office buildings, each facing into an inner garden with two-tier lake, waterfall, decked boardwalk, pathways and a variety of tree planting to its landscape.

It is one of several high profile commercial sites serviced by Regent Samsic JPC including The Leadenhall Building, City of London, Harrods Estates, Broadgate Estates, Singapore Airlines, Blackstone Group, Jones Lang LaSalle and the Ritz Casino.

"We are simply delighted and very proud to be maintaining our relationship with Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work," says JPC managing director John Conry Jnr.

"Securing the contract again after 10 years is testament to our team, the high quality of our service, and our commitment to our brand and our clients."

The work of JPC's Chiswick Park team has been marked by several high points including winning a Green Apple Gold Award for Environmental Best Practice and Sustainable Development in 2008.

The award recognised JPC 's efforts in implementing innovative green cleaning measures as part of the park s eco-friendly campaign, 'Yellow is Green', including switching to bio-diesel to power access vehicles (cutting the vehicles emissions by 80%); recycling 90% of the park waste and incinerating the rest to produce electricity; investing heavily in microfibre equipment to cut chemical usage, and implementing a green line plus range (the only one officially recognised by Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs).

In 2015, the team also won a Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Award 'Best Cleaned Premises' for the maintenance of the Chiswick Park estate.

JPC will be introducing further innovation at Chiswick Park including faster, paperless reporting and tracking as well as a number of new cleaning technologies.

Says John Conry Jnr: "Working with Enjoy-Work is a pleasure as both our organisations share a similar corporate culture and a passion for attaining the attention to detail to reach the highest possible of standards and attaining them.

"We very much look forward to another three years' partnering with them and servicing Chiswick Park."
