Robot foamer first time at Pulire
The Yaskawa GP8 robot foamer is for automatic cleaning in the food industry thanks to a partnership with Ecosi. Ecosi is a leading manufacturer of multi-sector detergents and disinfectants.
Yaskawa is a Japanese multinational with a wide range of industrial robots and the widest assortment of positioners, slides and gantry of its own design and production and with more than 200,000 robots installed all over the world, of which more than 20,000 are in Europe.
The GP8 robot allows cleaning of vertical and horizontal surfaces with configurable movements depending on the problem to be solved. The set path ensures the repetition (infinitely) of the movements that, while maintaining the same passing passage positions, allows to remove dirt even at the most difficult points to reach, with constant streams of detergent and water. It can also be used without further modifications even in difficult handling environments and may be ceiling mounted.
