Bite-sized training videos to protect uptime

Hard-pressed cleaning teams and their supervisors have a new aid to help them ensure their floorcare procedures are effective, following the launch of a series of videos by Truvox International. The comprehensive video library covers cleaning and polishing hard floors with rotaries, injection-extraction carpet cleaning, vacuuming and scrubber dryers.

In around five minutes, new machine owners - or recruits to the team - can get up to speed on setting up each machine and achieving the best cleaning performance.

A separate video takes the user through recommended maintenance routines and aftercare, as well as simple troubleshooting steps. This should lead to less downtime of a machine and avoid service callout costs for easy-to-solve problems.

The videos are a useful addition to user manuals, especially for the many people who prefer visual learning as an alternative or addition to written instructions.
