Regina Henrich joins ISSA as European manager

Joining ISSA as European Manager is Regina Henrich, whose most recent role as a strategic management consultant is just part of the extensive corporate and marketing experience she brings to her new position.

Evidence of Regina's awareness of key issues in the cleaning industry is provided by two previous positions: as international marketing director between 2011-2014 at Tana-Chemie GmbH (Werner & Mertz Group), in Mainz, Germany and prior to this at Ecolab Europe in Switzerland - where, for her final four years, she was European marketing manager. She has also spent more than a decade in a variety of roles at Diversey.

"I find it very rewarding that I can continue my career path in this meaningful way," she says. "As ISSA European manager, I can be part of the global community that makes such a valuable contribution to the business success of its members - in particular through information, training and networking events at a high level."

In welcoming Regina, Dianna Steinbach, vice president of international services at ISSA, comments: "Regina's strategic experience and her interests in digitalisation and its effect on social economic transformation in the service industry will, along with her expertise in social media and eco-effectiveness, help us to further develop the quality of our services for the benefit of members in the future."

Regina is equally positive; focusing on the broad scope of her new role: "It is particularly appealing to me to cooperate with partners from different areas of the cleaning industry, to build a deep trust and to work together to further promote the positive contribution and value of cleaning to health, environment and earnings improvement. "An effective network requires trust, hard work and persistence. With a good network and a solid community, you always can improve doing things - no matter the size of your company."

The creation of Regina Henrich's position is another step in ISSA's commitment to deepening services and support in the European market, combined with new educational workshops, more member networking events, and new business tools and market data planned for 2018.
