Principle awarded The Office Group contract
Principle Cleaning Services has been awarded a new two-year cleaning services contract with The Office Group (TOG), a leading provider of flexible office space, meeting and co-working spaces.
The London-based cleaning specialist, which provides its services to some of the most famous landmark buildings in the Capital, was already a partner at a small number of TOG properties and has now added another 10 buildings to its portfolio as a result of this tender exercise.
Principle will provide daily cleaning, housekeeping, specialist cleaning and window cleaning as well as manage washroom, waste and recycling services. It is using its innovative technology to enhance quality and reduce costs.
"Principle has fully embraced TOG culture since the first day of our partnership," says Johan Marais, contracts manager, The Office Group. "The account team work hard to understand the unique and differing needs of all the buildings within the portfolio."

"Principle is now the majority cleaning contractor for TOG who made this decision based on the excellent service at the buildings they already operated along with our comprehensive proposal for the continuing development of the account."

Launched in 2003, TOG pioneered the concept of shared workspace in Britain. Today, it has over 15,000 members working across 33 buildings, 31 of which are in London, with more on the way.
Principle Cleaning Services is a market leader in providing corporate, commercial cleaning in London. Established in 1989, the privately-owned company today has an annual turnover of £40 million and employs 2,200 people. Its clients include well-known landmarks such as The Shard, 20 Fenchurch Street (The Walkie Talkie) and 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin).
