Cutting edge brush machine commissioned

Brush manufacturer Brushtec has take delivery of its most advanced and biggest brush machine to date.

This fully robotic brush manufacturing cell uses cutting edge technology to increase production capabilities. Weighing in at an astonishing 12 tonnes, it required special lifting equipment to unload and position it.

Along with the astonishing weight comes an astonishing spec; it is capable of running up to 03.5mm x 670mm long material at a super-fast 250 holes per minute.
