Just a quick email to say that I thought the session with the World Health Organisation's Professor Didier Pittet and the panel, 'Cleaning in the 21st Century', was probably one of the best sessions I have heard at any of these events.

An enthusiastic speaker, he was passionate about his subject, which captivated the audience and added real value.

The gauntlet is down for the industry to respond.

Well done to the organisers; this was a great session.
