Holden Industries acquires Vector Technologies
Holden Industries has announced its acquisition of Vector Technologies, based in Wisconsin. Vector designs and manufactures powerful industrial vacuum cleaner and cleaning systems, combination vacuum & jetters, abrasive blasting and surface preparation equipment, spill response equipment, asbestos and hazardous waste industrial vacuum removal equipment and other conveyance products for hazardous and non-hazardous material handling, air and hydro vacuum excavators, hydro blast liquid recovery equipment, portable vacuum trailer and baghouses.
Holden Industries is the parent company of Florida-based Vac-Con, which manufactures and distributes truck-mounted and skid-mounted vacuum sewer cleaning equipment, hydro-excavation equipment and related products.
