Clean Atlantic 2007 - Eastern Canada's largest cleaning trade show - coming soon
Canada's cleaning industry - worth more than $2 billion a year to the Canadian economy - employs some 50,000 Canadians, and 2007 marks the 50th anniversary of the Canadian Sanitation Supply Association, which has over 500 members. On Thursday, September 27th, the CSSA will hold Clean Atlantic 2007 - the largest trade show for the janitorial cleaning and maintenance industry in Atlantic Canada.
Taking place at the World Trade and Convention Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, the show will feature manufacturers and distributors from the Atlantic provinces, the rest of Canada and the US. Visitors, who will come from the North Eastern US as well as Atlantic Canada, will find the newest and most innovative cleaning products available.
Featured at Clean Atlantic will be environmentally responsible cleaning products; floor care equipment; paper products; washroom products; waste disposal systems; personal care items; mops, brooms, brushes, wringers and buckets; conventional cleaning chemicals; microfibre products; educational material and much more. End users of the products include hospital housekeepers, contract cleaners, environmental service managers, school and church custodians, hotel and motel housekeeping managers, window cleaners, plant managers, carpet cleaners and maintenance supervisors at casinos, private clubs, airports, shopping malls and government installations.
In addition to all that's happening on the trade show floor, a dynamic seminar on 'Green Purchasing' will be conducted by Scot Case of Terrachoice Environmental Marketing.
