Television
personality and show presenter Anthea Turner will top the bill at the Kimberly-Clark
Professional and Cleaning & Support Services Association Golden Service Awards
luncheon on November 2nd.
Currently presenting the TV programme 'The Perfect Housewife' in which cleaning plays an important role, Anthea is well known for her numerous TV appearances over many years. These range from five years on Blue Peter, three years fronting Top of the Pops and appearances on The National Lottery and Wish You Were Here.
In
addition to her TV commitments, Anthea spends much of her time as a charity fundraiser.
Angie Maguire, Kimberly-Clark's Marketing Manager said when announcing Anthea's involvement said: "We are extremely fortunate to attract such a top personality this year - especially one who presents a show focusing on cleaning."
The Golden Service Awards Programme has a history of attracting top TV, radio and sports personalities including Esther Rantzen, Lord Robert Winston, Alan Hansen and Barry Cryer.
