One of the most popular events of the cleaning industry year and the highlight of the Institute year is set for Thursday 11th September - and this year it offers a particularly interesting package of events. The British Institute of Cleaning Science will be holding its Annual Awards Dinner at the Copthorne Hotel, Merryhill, Dudley, West Midlands on that day but there are important events taking place as a forerunner to the Dinner.
Two valuable Workshops will be held in the afternoon on 'Sustainability' and 'HR Practice & Problems'. There will be two sessions for each so it will be possible to attend both. The workshops are free to anyone attending the Dinner; for those not attending, the cost will be £25 per workshop.
The workshops will be followed by the Annual General Meeting where the results of any elections to Council will be announced and questions from members on the year to March 31st can be asked.
The Awards ceremony for both Educational and Institute service awards will take place prior to the Dinner, which will be followed by a disco.
