Discount for booking early for the first time at Berlin cleaning show, CMS 2009
Determined to build on the success of CMS 2007, which attracted record numbers of exhibitors and trade visitors, the Berlin cleaning show's organisers are for the first time offering a 5% 'earlybird' discount on the normal stand price to exhibitors applying for stands by 30th September. This international trade show for cleaning systems, building management and services and the accompanying convention will be taking place from 22nd through 25th September 2009.
Another new feature of CMS 2009 will be its exclusive service for exhibiting companies. With the Virtual Market Place CMS provides all exhibitors with an opportunity to present themselves, their products and services on their own homepage.
The halls at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds will play host to an up to date display of products, systems and processes for every aspect of building services. In addition to special shows devoted to 'Aerial Work Platforms', 'Cleaning Glass and Facades' and 'Extended Services', with machinery for external cleaning, grass care, garden maintenance and landscaping, as well as winter services, a separate display area will be devoted to 'Industrial Cleaning' for the first time. This will feature all kinds of machinery, from industrial vacuum cleaners to permanently installed, high pressure cleaning systems.
CMS 2007 featured 343 exhibitors from 25 countries. The display of products and services occupied a hall area of 24,000 square metres and attracted some 14,000 trade visitors from 52 countries. CMS 2009 is organised by Messe Berlin GmbH and the following professional organisations are acting as sponsors: Bundesinnungsverband des Gebäudereiniger-Handwerks (BIV), Bonn, representing the national guilds, Fachverband Reinigungssysteme im Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (VDMA), Frankfurt, representing cleaning systems, and Industrieverband Hygiene und Oberflächenschutz (IHO), Frankfurt, responsible for industrial hygiene and surface protection.
