Clantex partners Swisher in providing innovative washroom cleaning solutions

Clantex, provider in the UK of the Kaivac range of machines for washroom cleaning has successfully partnered with Swisher Hygiene Services to provide all Swisher UK-based franchisees with the same portfolio of services as offered in the USA.

In the US the proven operations model of extending services to a wider customer base always wins additional business for franchisees. In the UK this highly desirable situation is being mirrored with local franchisees now quoting for business they might not have otherwise encountered.

Kaivac machines provide a No-Touch cleaning solution to washroom, kitchen, work area, stairwell and hallway cleaning. The cleaning operation is simplified, as one Kaivac machine can eliminate the need for additional equipment such as wet vacuums, scrubber dryers, pressure washers and janitorial trolleys. This in turn simplifies the cleaning process, increases efficiency and saves capital equipment costs.

No touch cleaning dramatically increases productivity compared to that of conventional cleaning methods. ISSA studies have concluded that the Kaivac technology cuts cleaning time to one-third of the time taken by manual cleaning.

In addition to providing the Kaivac machines and proprietary chemicals, Clantex also carried out full operator training.
