The Position
The company is seeking to recruit a field based Training Manager to support the organization in delivering its strategic objectives in the Healthcare, Janitorial and HoReCa markets

Role and Responsibilities
The role is wide ranging and will include a number of key responsibilities

* Manage and develop close links with some of our most important clients to oversee the training of staff and ensure correct implementation of our systems
* Work with the Sales Manager and National Account Team to lead on the training of our systems in new customers and follow-up feedback to clients
* Train and manage external trainers as required
* Identify the technical training needs of individual within the Vileda sales team and develop and implement training.
* Develop and implement training plans for the training of our most important customer's sales teams

* Provide the organization with real technical expertise in modern cleaning practices

Skills/Experience
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who should ideally

* Be accredited to BICS assessor or equivalent standard and be able to demonstrate their experience at the delivery of training.
* Show strong technical expertise in the cleaning of different environments (experience of modern cleaning practices in healthcare environments will be an advantage) and have a strong background knowledge in floorcleaning and chemicals
* The individual needs to have strong inter personal skills that will enable them to collaborate closely with some of our most important clients as well as good organizational skills
* The role is national and will require time away from home, although ideally the individual would be located in the Manchester/Leeds corridor.
