Ecolab earns fourth consecutive 'Best Places to Work' award

Ecolab was recognised as one of the 'Best Places to Work' in the Twin Cities of Eastern Minnesota for the fourth consecutive year by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Ecolab was named one of the top-scoring businesses after its associates completed an employee survey conducted by Quantum Market Research and the Business Journal earlier this spring.

"We're extremely proud to receive this recognition once again," said Douglas M. Baker, Jr., Ecolab's Chairman, President and CEO. "Ecolab works to provide an environment in which our associates can develop both personally and professionally. As a company that differentiates itself based on the premium personal service our associates provide for our customers, we want our people to have the necessary tools, training and support to enable them to add significant value and be recognised and rewarded for that.

"Our mission - to make the world a cleaner, safer, healthier place - is core to our company, as is our culture of mutual respect and teamwork. We continue to invest in and develop efforts to improve our work environment as we strive to bring increased value to our associates, our customers and our stakeholders."

With sales of $6 billion and more than 26,000 associates, Ecolab is a global leader in cleaning, sanitising, food safety and infection prevention products and services, delivering comprehensive programmess and services to the foodservice, food and beverage processing, healthcare, and hospitality markets in more than 160 countries.
