Early success of new digital laser label printer "Astonishing" says Greyland

Greyland, one of the leading cleaning chemical manufacturers in the UK, recently installed a new digital laser printer and already the new technology has had "Astonishing" success, according to Sales Manager Roger Davies, who himself ran a label printing business several years ago.

The new laser printer brings about not only a major improvement in label definition, especially for photographic illustrations and logos, but also enables any changes or alterations to take place much more quickly.

Different languages, especially those with Eastern European, Middle or Far Eastern script are now possible. There are no set-up charges and the smart satin sheen labels are also chemical-resistant.

Printing is also considerably faster, and although Greyland keeps a stockpile of customer labels, the new facility allows for a more rapid response to any of their customers' new product launches or new account opening orders.

Roger Davies continues:

"Just weeks after the laser printer was commissioned, which also allowed the complete redesign of the Greyland brand product labels to co-ordinate with our new brochure, several large and well-known names in the industry have come on board, including one from overseas.

"Quality, price and service were already in place and very acceptable: the print quality of our labels now matches everything else we do."

With manufacturing capacity to spare, new UK customers remain assured of the same outstanding order to delivery cycle of only three to four days, as already enjoyed by existing Greyland customers.
