Da Vinci's portfolio has been added to
Following extensive customer research, Kruger Tissue is expanding its Da Vinci range of washroom products to meet precise user and contractor requirements.
Carried out in Autumn 2007, the research conclusively shows that the environment, wastage and personal hygiene are the key issues. Style, value and 'cost in use' remain important.
Customers want washrooms to look good with a family of stylish matching dispensers - but efficient ones that do not stream product onto the floor or jam so that the user takes several towels at a time. They prefer recycled tissue products and dispensers that control consumption.
The stylish Da Vinci washroom dispenser range has been further developed in a durable transparent blue ABS that will enhance the image of any away from home washroom - regardless of whether it is a prestige office or hotel, a high throughput factory or sports stadium, a school washroom or hospital.
There are four toilet tissue dispensers including two new twin roll models. The new compact, transparent arctic blue Versatwin has a gravity assisted mechanism to provide a more ergonomic transfer to the second roll which makes the dispenser much more user friendly.
The stylish new stainless steel Mini-Max holds the equivalent of seven sleeves of bulk pack toilet tissue and is ideally suited for customer facing and corporate washrooms.
The Da Vinci Twin Jumbo and Reserva dispensers are able to deal with the demands of high traffic washrooms, holding up to 520m and 450m respectively of toilet roll at any one time. With twin rolls you need never run out or have to waste tissue by throwing away the end of a roll as with single jumbo dispensers.
The Da Vinci range now offers three roll towel dispensers all with stub roll features so you need never run out of tissue. The 'Smart' is the ultimate battery operated touchless dispenser with internal settings to choose the length of tissue presented. The 'Tear 'n' Dry' is a hands free dispenser for hygiene sensitive areas and the popular 'Lever Control Roll' has a specially treated lever to inhibit microbe growth. Waste is minimised because the tissue does not pull through continuously and the towels are presented flat to maximise surface are unlike centrefeed systems.
There are two individual touch-free hand towel dispensers - the 'M Fold' anti-jam model for 750 towels and the compact Mini M Fold for smaller washrooms containing 500. Both models provide flat single sheet dispensing to reduce waste by preventing users pulling a handful of towels.
"We have revised our product offer by working closer with our users and are sharing ideas," says Jonathan Hooper, Marketing Manager. "Organisations are now judged on their environmental awareness and personnel welfare. We are developing dispensers that minimise waste and should not run out during the working day. Touch free dispensing and cost in use remain high on our agenda."
