Clemas sings praises of new floor cleaning technology

New ech2o technology available with the Tennant T3 and T5 pedestrian scrubber dryers from Clemas means there is no need for chemicals. This innovative technology activates water to perform like a powerful detergent, which provides enormous benefits for the user; including cost efficiency, environmental care and health & safety.

The machine is filled with tap water, the water is then infused with highly oxygenated micro-bubbles which produce oxygenated water that is sent though a water cell where an electric current is applied. The charged water attacks the dirt; breaking it into smaller particles and pulling it off the floor surface; after approximately 45 seconds the charged water loses its charge and returns to water. All that is left in the recovery tank is tap water and dirt.

This technology ensures user safety as no chemicals are involved - therefore a great many health & safety risks are eliminated and slip and fall accidents are reduced though the elimination of slippery detergent residue.

"This innovation is an excellent new technology for most applications, making the training for users easier and significantly reducing health & safety issues arising from handling chemicals, says Emma Perry, Marketing Executive.

"As the only solution to enter the machine is tap water, it helps reduce the environmental impact of traditional cleaning chemicals; ech2o also uses up to 70% less water than conventional scrubbing methods. Costs are cut as there is no need to purchase cleaning chemicals, productivity is increased by up to 30% due to increased scrub times and reduced fill and drain times and no time is needed for chemical handling, mixing and usage training."

Ech2o technology is ideal for use in the food sector, hospitals, shopping centres, schools, kitchens, dairies, bakeries, etc. The machines can be used to clean a variety of floor surfaces such as tile, non-slip or painted surfaces, and linoleum.

The T3 and T5 machines can clean from 1405 sq.m/hour - 2400 sq.m/hour and both machines include cleanable solution and recovery tanks, good manoeuvrability with excellent performance, long lasting battery packs providing up to four hours of runtime and onboard charger.

"Just fill with H2O and go!" says Emma

Clemas specialises in industrial and commercial floor cleaning machines; leasing, hiring and selling machines from industrial vacuums to ride on scrubber dryers.
