Major property, media and retail brands in Q1 2017 contract wins

* Major-property-London.jpgJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Knight Frank, media giants Intel and RelX and high street retail icons Hugo Boss rank amongst major businesses contracting Regent Samsic building support services valued at over £3m in the first quarter of this year.

JLL has appointed Regent Samsic to provide daily horizontal and vertical cleaning to offices, washroom hygiene, grounds maintenance and pest control services to sites in Brighton, Daventry, Swindon, Winnersh, Aylesbury, Slough, High Wycombe and Bath occupied by the UK arm of US technology multinational, Intel.

In addition, the company has won a JLL contract to service sites in Sutton, East Grinstead, Exeter, Leeds, Maidenhead, Oxford, Fareham, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Heathrow along with six premises across London homing UK operations for Rlex Group.

Formerly known as Reed Elsevier, RleX is a multinational information and analytics operating in the scientific, technical and medical; risk and business analytics; legal; and exhibitions markets. Regent Samsic services to site are as with Intel but also include horticulture, security and alarm response.

Horizontal and vertical cleaning is being provided by the contractor to Hugo Boss AG. Often styled as BOSS, the German luxury fashion house founded in 1924 operates 40 retail sites across the UK.

Back in London and property agents and consultants Knight Frank has appointed Regent Samsic's JPC brand to provide horizontal and vertical cleaning services to 88 Wood Street in the City.

Designed by architects Richard Rogers Partnership, the 18-story building was constructed between 1993 and 2001 and has an office space of 33,000sq.m (355,209 sq ft). Tenants include National Australia Bank, Hewlett Packard, Bryan Cave, IP Soft, Collins Stewart and Regus.

Still in the capital, Regent Samsic has won the contract to clean communal areas in seven buildings and surrounding grounds plus annual periodic cleans on behalf of Battersea Fields Residents Association for the Battersea Park Estate.

And Regent Samsic's Security operations have picked up new contract wins with Selfridges, The University of Law, Antalis, Leicestershire County Council and Leicester University.

Says Regent Samsic joint managing director, John Critchell: "Winning business of this quality and in these quantities reflects highly positively on our company and its customer service delivery.

"A willingness to go that extra mile, to integrate into client communities, to innovate in terms of what we provide, measures that we got it right then, and continue to now."
