ISSA Virtual Training Course: Estimating & Bidding

Join the EMEA edition of the Estimating and Bidding for Success course on 19 January 2021 at 13.00 CET and learn how robust estimating and workloading can help improve scope of service, cost efficiency, planning and budgeting as well as bidding for success.
This half-day course will provide participants with a useable framework to prepare for contract cleaning tender and will cover the fundamental elements which need to be assessed in the “new normal”.
The Estimating and Bidding course will be live and delivered virtually via GoToWebinar, by ISSA trainer, Tommy Taylor and Jill Kegler, Director of Business Development at Double A Solutions.

- Support you to bid for In-house or contracted cleaning services

- Understand and apply the different elements to producing a bid document

Course tutors:
Tommy Taylor is a professional trainer with expertise in cleaning and the facilities sector. Tommy brings an international take on managing facilities teams, he has worked in China, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Brunei, Thailand, and Abu Dhabi. Today he is a freelance cleaning consultant (T. Taylor Solutions) providing support to companies in the UK and across the Middle East.
Jill Kegler has a long track record in the jan-san industry. Since 2018 she is working with Double A Solution/Janitorial Manager as Business Development Director. She is responsible for developing future success of the software “Janitorial Manager”.
