ISS signs new banking customer in Australia and retains rescoped contract with global banking group

* ISS-Australia.jpgISS A/S has entered a new five-year partnership with a major banking client in Australia. Furthermore, ISS has retained a partnership with another global banking group, however with a reduced scope of work. Together, this will be revenue neutral for ISS in 2023.

As of 1st April 2023, ISS will start to deliver integrated facility services to the major banking client. The services included in the contract are cleaning, security, concierge, workplace, technical maintenance, asset management and helpdesk. When fully implemented, the services will be delivered by approximately 700 ISS ‘Placemakers’ across more than 500 sites.

"We very much look forward to welcoming this new partnership and to start delivering our integrated service offerings with a specific focus on sustainability and improved workplace experiences," says Scott Davies, CEO of ISS Asia Pacific.

While the new contract is for five years there an option to extend for a further two years. It will build on ISS's already strong presence in the Asia Pacific region.

The retained global banking group contract has been rescoped as of 1st July 2023, due to a decision from the client to consolidate the number of global vendors within its FM portfolio.
