Cleaning group's 3-2-1 warranty gives products the EDGE
Cleaning equipment supplier, Equipment Distributors Group Enterprise, is launching a 3-2-1 extended warranty on its top selling models.
The guarantee, unveiled at the group's 20th AGM this month, will boost the cover on EDGE's hot and cold water pressure washers in a move that underlines the quality of the group's range.
Under the new warranties, hot water machines in the Panther II, Tiger II, Hot Static and Grimebuster II ranges will be covered by a 3-2-1 guarantee. This will cover heating coils for three years, pump motors for two years and other 'non wear' items for one year.
Cold water machines including the Leopard Plus, Polecat ECO, Puma ECO and Manx ranges will have a two year warranty on pump motors and one year on 'non wear' items.
The warranties are subject to servicing agreements.
"Throughout our 20 year history we have listened closely to our customers. We know that our customers need machines that work reliably, because any downtime can be detrimental to their business," reports Chairman of EDGE Alwyn Williams.
"The core components of pressure washers - and the most expensive - are coils, motors and pumps, and these are covered under the 3-2-1 guarantee.
"These new warranties reflect our confidence that EDGE products offer market-leading quality, together with the high technical specification and value our ranges are known for."
The announcement comes just weeks after the UK-wide distributor group revealed its plans to extend its distributor reach with a new EDGE Direct van service. The group is now actively recruiting for the new service, which will initially boost the group's coverage in the South East, having led a successful trial in the area earlier this year.
