Cresswell awarded cleaning contract at new local school

A new Southwark Free School has awarded its cleaning contract to Cresswell Office Services. The South London based sustainable cleaning company has been chosen to clean the school site at Ledbury Hall, which was previously used as a community hall and had for many years hosted occasional local community events.

Cresswell was contacted by the school at the end of the Summer holidays. It put together a quotation for an initial deep clean plus regular cleaning and within days, the quote was accepted by the Head Teacher. Contracts were quickly exchanged and everything was ready for work to begin at the start of the new term.

An initial clean, which involved everything from the light diffusers downwards, scrubbing and polishing floors plus toilet deep cleaning, took place immediately as work had to be completed before furniture was delivered for the open day.

Regular cleaning was signed up in time for the school's first operational day and Head Teacher, Tina Jackson, reports: "We were delighted by both the reactive response and the high standard of cleaning from Cresswell and look forward to working in partnership with the company in the future."

Cresswell Office Services is located in Surrey Quays and was founded in 1995, by David McLeod the current Managing Director. The company currently has both an Industrial and Commercial division and its clients come from a variety of businesses and backgrounds.
