Farewell HaFSA; hello Courtauld Commitment 2025!
In June 2012 at the launch of the Hospitality & Food Service Agreement (HaFSA), 70 hospitality and food service organisations committed to collectively deliver targets on food and associated packaging waste prevention, as well as increasing recycling rates.
The agreement has achieved great things, with membership growing to 230 leading organisations delivering change right across the sector, and many - including local authorities and companies that provide cleaning services as part of the contract - have already committed to the new Courtauld Commitment 2025 (C2025).
