OspreyDeepclean’s GB1 self-motorised gum removal system impresses Awards judges
OspreyDeepclean’s Thomas Stucken told us he was proud that his new GB1 machine took first place in the ‘Outdoor Cleaning’ category at this year's Innovation Awards.
(Ed: I’d been impressed when I saw the prototype trialled by several members of an interested crowd outside the Scottish Exhibition Centre during the recent Glasgow cleaning show. Thomas explained that the machine had been tweaked a little since then to make it an even better performer).
Powered by two 12v cell batteries, this self-motorised, dry steam-based gum removal system impressed the Awards judges too, with its cutting edge British technology and ergonomic design in the classic GumBusters colours.
Powerful enough to work for six hours continuously on a single charge, yet lightweight and exceptionally quiet during operation, the machine is easy to operate. The fibreglass body always remains cool to the touch meaning the GB1 can be used safely in populated areas, with minimal disruption to its surroundings and in any weather conditions.
“OspreyDeepclean has been a pioneer in the cleaning industry for 15 years and now with a second innovation award under our belt, we’re set to continue to lead from the front!” said a delighted Thomas.
