An innovative system for the reliable and effective cleaning and disinfection of surfaces in all categories of clean rooms, including sterile areas, MopFloat complies with the hygienic design recommendations and specifications for precise preparation systems, since its clever design always ensures a consistent soaking of the mop covers.

This is achieved through the interaction between the force of gravity acting on the liquid on the one hand, and the optimum capillary effect of the mop's microfibres on the other.

The unit is supplied with rings to ensure that precise and measurable amounts of the operating solution remain in the dispensing trough. As a result, the amount to be dispensed can be varied according to the intended purpose or the type of mop being used. The mop covers can be evenly and thoroughly soaked for each process and because no liquid remains in the trough, the MopFloat system provides clear evidence of reproducibility.
