Just a brief update... We already have 12 cleaning organisations and suppliers pledged to join the revitalised Cleaning & Support Services Association, with many more interested.

Last week, as CSSA chairman, I attended a meeting of Home Office officials and senior immigration officers to discuss the proposed clampdown on illegal workers as the Immigration agency focuses on the cleaning, construction and care services sectors.

The cleaning sector is being targeted in the run up to Christmas. Details of the meeting will be circulated to members of the CSSA and those interested in joining.
