BIFM asks you to make your views known

The British Institute of Facilities Management wants to know if (and how) your organisation engages with the sustainability agenda. Are you aware of which teams take the lead; how the facilities management division contributes; and what metrics are used to report on the impact of sustainable business strategies?

If you haven't done so already, then please take part in the BIFM Sustainability in FM Survey 2016 by this Friday 20th May. The survey is open to all FM professionals, takes under 10 minutes to complete and is 100% confidential.

Now in its 10th year, this survey has been developed with the BIFM Sustainability Special Interest Group and is sponsored by Waste Cost Reduction Services. The data generated from this year's survey can be compared to a decade of trend data. The results will illustrate how attitudes have developed and differ across economic sectors towards environmental, sustainable and corporate social responsibility.

The survey will also assess collaborative cross-functional working, levels of innovation, use of systems and processes and the barriers which might exist to the development of sustainable business practices.
