ISSA/Interclean Amsterdam becomes Interclean Amsterdam - bringing back the popular brand name for the prestigious global event run by RAI Amsterdam

* Interclean-new-logo.jpgThe name of the world-leading cleaning & hygiene show that attracts professional cleaning businesses from across the globe, has officially been changed from ISSA/Interclean Amsterdam, to Interclean Amsterdam. This follows the recent announcement that RAI Amsterdam and ISSA have come to the decision to end their alliance and pursue separate ventures.

The change to the show's title takes place with immediate effect - and becomes the brand name for all future RAI Amsterdam events for the professional cleaning industry. Interclean's goal is to create a cleaner, healthier living environment for all. And it will continue to be synonymous with the development of innovative products and solutions to overcome the cleaning and hygiene challenges of businesses everywhere.

The focus of the Interclean Amsterdam event itself will remain on fostering the environment for change and innovation within the professional cleaning industry. It will continue to represent companies displaying a broad range of cleaning products that covers machines, equipment, detergents and washroom - as well as solutions for the healthcare, industrial, institutional, retail and hospitality industries. In particular, the introduction of a specialist healthcare pavilion for the 2018 show will demonstrate the brand's ability to attract healthcare experts from around the world and create awareness about the positive economic impact of cleaning in healthcare facilities.

By engaging and mobilizing partners and stakeholders, RAI will use this shared knowledge of the cleaning industry and independence to increase international awareness for cleaning and hygiene related issues. Its global strategy will see it expand into new regions across the world, with new events that focus on the requirements of their audiences - as well as the amazing diversity within the professional cleaning industry.

* Rob_Interclean.jpg"With the change to Interclean Amsterdam, we will continue to fulfil our role as the promoters of innovation within the professional cleaning industry," says Rob den Hertog, director, Interclean. "We will keep our global focus, strengthen our strategy across the entire event, and go wherever the industry needs us to be. The event is being created for professionals, by professionals."

"The Interclean brand has a rich history that we take a lot of pride in, and we have represented that in the refreshed logo.

"The new elements symbolise who we have become and what we are today: the place to be to discover advanced cleaning technologies that will transform and modernise the professional cleaning world."

Established in Amsterdam in 1967, the Interclean brand represents products and solutions that tackle a wide range of challenges within the professional cleaning industry. Interclean Amsterdam 2018 will be the world's largest professional cleaning and hygiene event, set to feature more than 850 exhibitors and attract around 30,000 visitors from 15th -18th May 2018.
