The CHSA's voice in Parliament

Stephen Kerr MP (left of picture) has agreed to act as an unpaid Parliamentary Adviser to the Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association, giving the Association's members a voice in Parliament.

Stephen is MP for a Stirling, a seat he contested in 2005 and 2015 prior to winning it in 2017. Before entering Parliament, he was EMEA sales operations leader at Kimberly-Clark, a company he originally joined in 1986. 

As a result, Stephen understands the challenges and complexities of the industry and so is well placed to support and represent the CHSA in the House of Commons.

He will ask questions on behalf of the CHSA on crucial topics including REACH and Brexit.

"We are delighted Stephen has agreed to represent our interests," explains Stephen Harrison, chairman of the Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association (pictured with the MP).

"A key strategic focus for us is to advocate on behalf of our members in the corridors of power. Our new relationship with Stephen gives us the perfect platform for doing exactly that."

Stephen Kerr MP has agreed to host an event on behalf of the CHSA at the House of Commons on Tuesday 26th June. Members will be addressed by a leading executive in the cleaning & hygiene industry. The talk will be followed by a question and answer session and the opportunity to network with colleagues.

A finger buffet will be served on this special occasion, which is open to all CHSA members on a first come first served basis.

The CHSA's short AGM will take place immediately before the main event, at 12.15.
