CHSA heads to House of Commons later this month

* CHSA-Voice-in-Parliament.jpgThe Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association is holding an event at the House of Commons on 26th June, with the theme: 'In a changing world, why customer experience matters more than ever'.

Jon Purdy, EMEA director of customer experience at Kimberly-Clark Professional, is the keynote speaker for the event. He will look at the evolving demands of customers and the ways in which the cleaning industry is adapting - and needs to adapt - to meet their needs.

He will be followed by Lord Jon Mendelsohn, formerly Labour's business & international trade spokesman in the House of Lords, who will focus on the business and political challenges our industry faces.

Their addresses will be followed by a question & answer session and an opportunity for those attending, to take advantage of that all-important networking.

Stephen Kerr MP, who represents the CHSA's interests in Parliament (pictured left with CHSA chairman Stephen Harrison) is hosting the event, which begins with canapes and networking at 12.15 and concludes at 15:00.

The event is open to all CHSA members on a first come first served basis and will be preceded by a short AGM.
