Impact Products names Sylvia Lam strategic account manager, Western Region
Cleaning supplies and accessories manufacturer, Impact Products, has announced the addition of Sylvia Lam as strategic account manager, Western Region.
Working collaboratively with Impact's manufacturers' representatives, Sylvia will be responsible for key distributor account development, training and collaborative consuming customer work.
Sylvia joins Impact from OMI Industries, where, serving as senior field sales manager, she grew annual sales by 516% in four years. She also developed strong relationships with distributors in the markets she will serve for Impact. She has been highly effective in developing consuming account interest on behalf of her distributor partners. Prior work experience includes senior sales management and marketing positions with Pacific Communications and HOUZZ, respectively.
Sylvia and her husband reside in Los Angeles.
