Anti-bacterial protection spray offers 48-hour protection
After months of research and hard work, the team behind a new scientifically-proven 48-hour anti-bacterial spray has launched its product to the UK market - and has plans to take it worldwide
OneSpray has been designed specifically as the first line of defence against everyday bacteria. Its specially developed formula is not only effective at cleaning screens and surfaces but also guarantees to keep them bacteria-free for up to two days afterwards.
Created to work alongside current cleaning practices, it can be used on any surface and on all types of screen.
In recent years, there have been major concerns over the transmission of infections from Multi Touch screens which allow bacteria to grow. OneSpray not only cleans these screens but is said to keep them bacteria-free for up to 48 hours after each spray.
The launch has been timed to ensure OneSpray is available for the upcoming UK Winter season.
According to government statistics, 34.3 million days were lost in sickness due to colds, coughs and flu in 2017. The estimate is that this cost £6.1 billion in lost productivity across a wide range of sectors. As 80% of all infections are transmitted by hand, the team behind OneSpray says the logic of using its product in the workplace speaks for itself.
"While many products already exist on the market that promise to kill bacteria, none are able to provide the scientific proof that their product prevents the return of bacteria 48 hours later," says Kerris Hawes, managing director of OneSpray.
"This product was developed to assist workers in frontline industries, such as cleaning, healthcare and hospitality, who need a solution that they can rely upon time and time again."
Kerris saysthat by using OneSpray, businesses can enjoy fewer days lost to sickness, increased productivity and an improved work environment, while those working specifically in healthcare can rely on better infection control thanks to the reduction in bacteria.
There has been considerable interest from potential distribution partners in Europe, the Middle East, USA and India so the company expects considerable and swift expansion in 2019 and beyond.
