Team Software acquires UK-based Innovise
Team Software, which provides technology solutions for contractors in the North American cleaning and security markets, has acquired Innovise, the UK-based technology innovator specialising in software for security guarding, cleaning and facilities management businesses.
This acquisition brings together Team’s dominant position in North America and Innovise's established market leadership in the UK to create a global technology leader providing holistic business solutions for firms in the security, cleaning and facilities management industries.
By joining forces, Team and Innovise together have customers on five continents, more than 750,000 end users and 50 years' collective experience serving the cleaning and security industries. Almost three-quarters of the top cleaning and security companies in North America, the UK and Ireland use software from Team and Innovise.
