Tidy Green Clean shows outstanding potential for serious growth in 2020

* Tidy-Green-Clean.jpgTidy Green Clean, the environmentally-friendly cleaning business that operates on a franchise model, has started 2020 in an outstanding position for serious growth.

The company has appointed two more regional directors to develop business in Aberdeen North and Falkirk and the Forth Valley, pushing the TGC story further afield with its combination of ISO-standard cleaning systems and environmental credentials, exemplary customer service, and high employee retention.

Hugh McGarry (pictured left) takes up the position of regional director for Forth Valley this January. He has a strong corporate background, with over 20 years in senior management in the steel and media industries, as well as experience of running his own business.

"I am excited to be joining Tidy Green Clean and being part of a company that is so passionate and real about what it does,” he says. “The environmental credentials, attention to detail, customer service, and having its people at the centre of the business, are all key drivers for becoming a franchisee.

“The Forth Valley is a key area of interest for the company, with many potential clients who are seeking an outsourced cleaning business that delivers everything it promises. I am looking forward to developing excellent customer relationships with the companies I work with."

Igors Krumins (pictured right) is the new regional director for Aberdeen North. His background includes the oil & gas industry, as well as working in his family's vending business. He says: "Becoming a franchisee with Tidy Green Clean has given me the opportunity to start my own business, with the solid support, values and experience of TGC behind me.

“I am looking forward to building my own team, making my own decisions and using this excellent business model to serve the client base of Aberdeen North. This is an exciting challenge and the future is extremely bright."

Andrew Alleway (pictured centre), Tidy Green Clean's managing director states: "Tidy Green Clean will expand through appointing dynamic, hard-working regional directors, like Hugh and Igors. The unique opportunity our franchise offers was fundamental in their decision to join us.

“For the right people, this is an extremely attractive proposition and I am very excited about what this year holds for us. The business is already thriving and this welcome addition of Hugh and Igors will drive our success even further."

David Moncur, operations director points out that Tidy Green Clean's vision is to be the leading eco-focused national franchise cleaning operation for blue-chip organisations. “We also strive to provide franchisees and master franchisees with the knowledge, training and support to be successful business owners, making our business model unique within the facilities management industry," he says.

Tidy Green Clean achieved IS0 9001; 14001, and 45001 in under three years and a place in the top UK franchises, the EF100 for 2020. Rooted in green practices and technologies, the business is focused on understanding its customers and employees, and how to be successful without that being at the expense of other people or the planet; it is also a member of the Approved Franchise Association.
