As first step towards the CIMS certification, attendees will have the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the systems, procedures and processes along with the sound management and best practices required to lead a quality driven cleaning business.

Addressing the six areas of this global cleaning industry management standard including quality systems, service delivery, human resources, health, safety and environment, management principles, and green cleaning, the course will cover the following:

- Overview of the Cleaning Industry Management Standard
- How to improve efficiency and productivity
- How to enhance customer satisfaction
- How to improve the quality of service of a cleaning business
- How to implement green cleaning practices across your organisation

Who should attend?

The certification will be of interest to cleaning services providers and in-house service providers who wish to implement international quality systems across their cleaning business as well as those industry professionals who wish to assist cleaning companies in developing a solid management framework and a comprehensive green cleaning program.

To receive the accreditation, participants will have to complete an online exam (20-30 minutes) within 48 hours of the end of the course. Upon passing the exam with a score of 80% or higher, they will receive a certification that is valid for two years.
