Ongoing ISO 9001 Certification for Tennant UK
Tennant UK, one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of professional cleaning machines for building service contractors, retail and commercial cleaning, has been awarded ongoing certification of its ISO 9001 Certification.
ISO 9001 is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement, all of which are embedded in the principles of Tennant UK and across the globe.
"This is another great achievement for our company because it once again clearly demonstrates our continued commitment to our customers, their businesses, and our own supply chain," says Daniel Cross, Tennant UK marketing manager.
“The successful achievement of ISO 9001 comes from a strong internal collaboration between Tennant UK's sales support team, warehouse management team, and the customer relations team.”
The news of achieving ISO 9001 comes only one week after Tennant UK also updated the CHAS (Contractor Health & Safety) Certification, the UK's leading accreditation scheme for contractors to stay on top of ever-changing risk management standards.
