Further Education College Group appoint Brayborne Facilities new campus cleaning contract

Brayborne Facilities Services has been appointed to provide cleaning services to Further Education group, Orbital South Colleges.

The contract term is three years with a two-year extension and is the latest in a series of education cleaning contracts awarded to Brayborne covering over 20 sites across southern England.

Part of The Exclusive Services Group, the company manages over 1100 staff across 250 contracts specialising in daily and periodic cleaning in the Educational and Commercial sectors.

Brayborne is providing daily cleaning services, day janitorial and housekeeping along with periodic cleaning to Orbital South College's two main campuses at John Ruskin College in South Croydon and East Surrey College in Redhill.

"We are delighted to be adding these two highly prestigious sites to our education portfolio,” says Exclusive Services Group CEO, Jim Melvin.

"In addition to ingrained experience of the day-to-day needs of learning environments, service companies need to be adaptive. Brayborne is proven in having substantive sector experience and the flexibility to accommodate change."

Both East Surrey College and John Ruskin College offer outstanding teaching and learning environments within each curriculum area; including spacious classrooms, hair and beauty salons, TV and recording studios, sports hall and gym, mac suites, science laboratories, motor vehicle workshop, alongside engineering and construction workshops.
