Egholm set to grow in the UK market

Partners across the UK and Ireland…
The UK and Ireland are covered by a network of 10 experienced full-service partners who cover all territories. Services include sales and hire, with options for both short and long-term rental with lease options. Pre- and post-sale support offered, includes site surveys, demonstrations, machine installation and periodic staff training. Egholm A/S provides a first-class overnight spares service direct to the partner or customer site.
The UKI partner network is managed by Jeff Sweeney who previously worked for Nilfisk as a dealer manager.
Machine range…
All machines in the range are under 3.5 metric ton, can be operated with a standard driving licence and can be road registered. The range includes the Park Ranger 2150, the City Ranger 2260, and the City Ranger 3070 - all complete with a wide range of multi-purpose attachments.
The compact Park Ranger 2150 comes complete with the new Stage V engine which meets the most stringent emission requirements for diesel engines. The new 26 HP Perkins engine runs at approximately 600 fewer revolutions resulting in lower vibration, less noise and much improved fuel economy.
Centre stage however is the City Ranger 2260 four-wheel drive machine with a powerful petrol engine. The sturdy A frame on this vehicle, invented by Egholm, allows the operator to change attachments without a single tool. All mechanical, hydraulic, water and electrical systems are connected by simply turning one handle. With an inside turning circle of just 1200mm, the vehicle is highly manoeuverable around lamposts and other obstructions in the urban landscape.
The bigger City Ranger 3070 is fitted with a 70HP diesel engine and features an innovative sweeping system with adjustable suction width and power. A flexible articulated joint between the two axles gives the vehicle a very small turning circle of just 1650mm. The machine overall enjoys excellent manoeuverability allowing operation very close to obstacles and within confined spaces.
The multi-functional attachments include suction sweeper units, rotary/mulch mowers, grass collectors, hedge cutters, weed brushes, snow sweepers, snow blowers, salt and sand spreaders and more, which with Egholm's unique quick-connect system can be removed and replaced in a matter of minutes with no tools required.
