Seko Group acquires Dolphin Solutions' soap and paper towel dispensers’ business 

Seko has announced that Dolphin Solutions has agreed to sell all of the assets and intellectual property relating to its Excel range of soap dispensers to Seko UK, effective 27th September 2021. 

To ensure a smooth transition, Dolphin Solutions is continuing to support Seko UK in the transfer of all production activities and existing customers beyond the transfer date. Both companies have formulated a joint handover plan, with the priority to avoid any inconvenience for customers. 

All active quotations and any new enquires regarding the Dolphin Excel product range are now being exclusively handled by Seko UK, whose staff say they are looking forward to working with Dolphin's existing Excel customer base in the future.

Dolphin Solutions has recently repositioned its brand offering to provide greater focus on the core technologies that make its washrooms unique. Its founder and managing director Jonathan Beattie, comments:
