Matrix 4.5 & 8 bar ranges achieve CB Certification, reaching international markets in a single step

Matrix Cleaning Systems has demonstrated the quality in design and performance of the Matrix range of machines manufactured in the UK, with a number of its 4.5 bar pressure Steam Cleaner models joining the 8 bar machines boasting CB Certification.

CB Certification is an international system for the mutual recognition of test results and certificates relating to the safety of electrical and electronic components, operating equipment and products on the basis of a multilateral agreement between participating countries and certification organisations.

More than 60 countries currently take part in the CB scheme, including Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, South Africa, India, China, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Canada, USA, Mexico and Argentina.

“The CB scheme makes it much easier for manufacturers to market their electro technical products at an international level,” notes Matrix Cleaning Systems’ sales director Mike Osiadacz. “A CB certificate and the CB test report allow manufacturers to apply more quickly for the respective national certification marks for various target markets.”

Mike tells us that the machines carrying CB Certification are the 4 bar SO4, SD4, SMO4. SV4, OMEGA, OMEGA 4 (pictured), and SDV4 and the 8 bar SO8, SV8 and SDV8 units.
