Idrobase Group starts again with an anti-inflation bonus

* IDROBASE-GROUP-STARTS-AGAIN.jpgAbout 100 Euros more per month for all employees from March until December 2022, in response to the cost of living, but also as a sign of confidence in the future: this is what the shareholders of Idrobase Group, Bruno Ferrarese and Bruno Gazzignato, decided a few days after the fire that destroyed one of the warehouses, rendering many offices at the headquarters in Borgoricco, in the province of Padua, unfit for use.

Along with the structure, the flames devoured products worth over 1million Euros, preventing their delivery. Production restarted immediately after the incident, although with understandable difficulties.

"Today the first problem is to refill the stocks of what was destroyed," says Bruno Gazzignato. “Nevertheless, all commitments will be fulfilled, although with some inevitable delays in deliveries.

"We are a small company, but one that is able to compete successfully on international markets, thanks to the dedication of a team of people with an energetic team spirit, which has allowed us to record +15% in turnover for the first half of 2022; for this reason, we have thought of the anti-inflation bonus, aware of the difficulties in balancing family budgets due to generalised price increases."

"Not only that," adds Bruno Ferrarese, "if the conditions of general socio-economic uncertainty persist, the bonus will be reiterated next year as well. Before being entrepreneurs, we were workers and we certainly do not forget our origins. Therefore, we understand the difficult time experienced by our employees and, as far as possible, we try to alleviate it with concrete help."

In the light of the static checks, the burnt-out shed will have to be completely demolished. "It will be our ground zero, but we will rebuild it soon," adds Bruno Ferrarese, who is already looking ahead to the next tasks for the company, a leader in pressurised water technologies for the depollution of surfaces and the healthiness of both indoor and outdoor environments, according to the company's 'Breathe Clean Air' philosophy.

"The fire has only slowed down our growth plans and already, immediately after the Summer, we will be present at the Ecomondo exhibition in Rimini, while in November we will participate in the Issa Pulire Clean Africa exhibition in Nigeria."
