ISSA and Staples form national distribution partnership program

ISSA has formed a new distribution partner program with business equipment and stationery giant Staples. Together, ISSA and Staples will elevate the cleaning industry by hosting training and certification programs at Staples training facilities across the US.

"When we think about education in our industry, it always points back to people, the heart of the industry," says ISSA director of education Brant Insero (pictured). "This partnership will allow us to bring certifications, training, and education to the masses."

The partnership will allow ISSA to utilise Staples' training facilities across the US to host training and certification classes, and Staples will promote ISSA membership, training, consulting and certification services. ISSA and Staples will work together to create career advancement opportunities that will help to elevate the cleaning industry.

Staples vice president of facility solutions, Mike Cusick, says of the partnership: "We have over two million businesses across the US that we support, and hundreds of employees in the Jan/San space. Combining the resources and best practices of ISSA with what we offer at Staples, it's really going to make a powerful difference in the industry."
